Collective and label PTP are purveyors of weaponized media and information, building familial community through releasing work, raising funds and organizing happenings around NYC.

In 2018 they initiated four shows under the name Silent Weapons, raising over $2,600 for various bail abolition organizations and prison/jail library programs, gathering and donating hundreds of books to library services at Rikers Island and other local facilities; and collecting over $1,650 for immigrants’ rights via Black Alliance for Just Immigration and Kids in Need of Defense.

These shows also represented the wealth of talent and tirelessness in NYC's current, bubbling underground, and the significance of energy exchange in collective transformation and transcendence. The remarkable lense of Richard R Ross captures moments from these happenings, which becomes PTP's first book offering.

"This is a document of real energy in action. No media conglomerate nor institution nor high art imprint nor corporate entity shrouded in (sub)cultural camouflage can ever have this. Our collective is too strong. Their culture is not ours." - Geng
